Bethany Spratley serves as Director of Community Outreach and Contractor Services, bringing a lifelong commitment to people, connection, and purpose-driven engagement. A retired educator with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University, Bethany spent years shaping lives in the classroom before transitioning her passion for mentorship and community into the workplace. She is also a devoted wife of 33 years and a proud mother of five, experiences that deeply inform her relational leadership style and dedication to fostering meaningful, supportive environments.
In her role, Bethany leads internal culture initiatives across the U.S. team, designing and executing employee engagement efforts such as birthday and work anniversary recognitions, firm-wide gatherings, and onboarding experiences that reflect the company’s values. She develops systems that promote consistent employee recognition, monitors team morale, and provides insight to leadership. Beyond the organization, Bethany oversees community and public engagement by evaluating nonprofit partnerships and sponsorships, coordinating local involvement, and ensuring alignment with brand identity. She also supports brand presence through storytelling, employee highlights, and collaboration with marketing efforts, helping cultivate a cohesive and values-driven organizational culture both internally and in the broader community.
